Establishing / editing Sheets

Menu: Dataentry -> Search for patient-> Select patient-> Select sheet / new sheet

The first page of the Sheet-entry process is shown in Figure 1.4. In the top bar, the symbols of all currently visible items are shown in colour. For a descriptive overview of the Item-groups click here. Navigating between the individual pages of the entry-mask is quite simple; Either you change pages by clicking on and or simply click on the desired item-group in the symbol-bar (Figure 1.5).

Tip: If you leave the mouse - cursor on a given symbol for a moment, a short descriptive text is shown in regard to that specific symbol.

Clicking returns you to Patient administration.

Tips:

1.
Use the Tab- key to jump from one field to the next; this simplyfies and expediates data entry significantly.

2.
This entry serves to set all fields in a row to YES or NO simultaneously, saving you from having to select each item individually and requiring only a few more individual entries.

Once you have entered all data and would like to switch to the next group (either with next, back or by clicking a symbol in the symbol-bar, an automatic check of all entries is performed. Should any of the entries be outside the range of acceptable values or otherwise invalid, all error messages are displayed and you are asked to correct the entries. Only after all entries are acceptable can you perform further entries and the accepted values are saved automatically.
